good especially for beginners
this book teaches you how to make your herbal extracts in easy simple way. it teaches you what kind of extracts suit which herbs and what the ratio to use from each one. it's especially good for beginners as it doesn't mention exact percentages to use when making the extracts .

An amazing easy to use guide for extracts and infusions. The information on each herb is outstanding. Hard to find in herbal books for the skin and hair component. Well worth the investment.
