    Easy Honey Lip Balm

This lip balm helps to relieve chapped lips, soothe and protect them.

    1/2 heaping teaspoon grated beeswax
    1/2 teaspoon cocoa butter
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/2 tsp honey
    1 drop peppermint essential oil

Makes 1 small round lip balm container

In a 1/4 cup metal measuring cup, add cocoa butter and beeswax. In a 1 cup metal measuring cup, add water to the bottom and place the 1/4 measuring cup in it that has the cocoa butter and the beeswax. You want a double broiler effect. On low heat, melt the cocoa butter and beeswax. Remove from heat immediately once melted. Stir in the olive oil, honey and a drop of peppermint essential oil. Make sure honey is mixed in well. Quickly pour into a small round container. Let set.

    Tips: Lavender Dryer Bag

Instead of using a dryer sheet, create your own lavender dryer bag. Use a garganza bag, a muslin bag or an old sock and add dried lavender blossoms to it. Tie the ends. Use it to scent your clothes with the beautiful smell of lavender.
