| Tips:Revitalize your Body with a Bath |
 |
|
Set aside a half hour this week for a luxurious bath. A bath helps us to stop, breathe, relax and take in the healing powers of water and the ingredients we put in it. Light candles, add rose petals, herbs, essential oils or bath salts to the water.
Rub sea salt with a little water over your body in a circular motion. Do this standing in your bathtub before sitting in the water. Then soak in the water with the salt on your skin. Do this before shaving your legs and don't rub salt over any cuts or it will sting.
Sea Salt helps to remove dead cells from our skin and invigorates our skin. It also helps to stimulate our own natural skin oils.
After your bath, massage your body with a soothing massage oil or body butter. If you don't have a bathtub, you can do a foot bath.
