| Recipe: Red Rose Bath and Raspberry Leaf Tea |
 |
Red Rose Bath for Menstruation
~1/2 cup rose water (available at international stores or natural grocery stores)
~1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
~handful of fresh or dried red rose petals (organic or unsprayed)
~2 drops rose otto essential oil(this is expensive because it takes 30 roses for one drop of rose essential oil but it is worth it! You can substitute rose geranium essential oil in its place).
*Mix ingredients into the bath water and soothe your soul. Roses represent love and the mystery of life itself. Roses and almond oil blend well together creating a nice synergy.
Raspberry Leaf Tea for Menstruation
*Drink a cup of Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea while relaxing in the bath (raspberry leaf tea is available in most grocery stores in tea bag form)
Raspberry Leaf tea supports the female system. It aides healthy menstruation and helps to tone the uterus. For centuries, Native American and European women have used raspberry leaf tea for menstrual cramps and irregular menstruation.
