HOW TO TAKE A LIVE ONLINE CLASS
1. Register online for the LIVE online class you want to take.
2. You will receive an email with the online classroom sign-in link and password. (email us before class if you did not receive)
3. You will also receive the class ebook/manual and the link to watch the product being made (if there is one). (email us before class if you did not receive)
4. On your computer, 15 minutes before class starts, sign into the online classroom.
5. Turn your speakers up to hear Joan’s Instruction.
6. Have your telephone handy to call in for the teleconference to ask your questions LIVE to Joan.
LIVE Online Class Policy
No refunds 72 hours before class as class instruction material (ebooks, class link) will already have been emailed to you. A minimum of 4 sign-ups is needed for an online class or course. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified and refunded the full amount you paid for the class or course.
