DAY 1 Friday, May 14: Aromatherapy Natural Scent Blending & NaturalPerfume

Natural scents are made from essential oils and floral waters which are derived from nature. Essential oils are not only used for their fragrance but also for their therapeutic benefits known as aromatherapy. A body care product scented naturally smells wonderful and promotes vibrant skin.

This workshop is designed to give you a lot of hands on with the essential oils, providing you with over 20 premium essential oils to smell and sample so you can know which scents you like best before you invest your money in them.  You will learn how to blend essential oils using the formula of top, middle and base notes. How to fix the scent to last longer, which essential oils blend well together and amounts to use to keep it skin safe. These scents are great to use in soaps, lotions, body butters, powders, body sprays, bath salts, bath fizzies and massage oils.

We will also work with hydrosols and flower essences in the body mist creating a trilogy synergy of the plant.  These body mists can be used to uplift your mood, enhance immunity, create balance and peacefulness.  Pure body mists can be used on babies, children and elders.  You will learn how to create room sprays for purifying the air, bathrooms, children’s rooms, bedrooms to promote a peaceful night’s sleep and a holiday room spray.
